Intercept Heath Treatment Foster Care -- At Intercept Health we believe that providing the best support to foster parents will enable parents to make a lasting positive impact in the life of their foster child. With more than 5,500 children in foster care in Virginia, we are passionate about finding families that can make a difference. We use a holistic approach and offer many programs to help promote healing. Parents, families, and professionals know they can rely on Intercept to promote our children and youth achieving permanency.

 

 

Centra Hospice -- We serve patients in their homes, assisted living, nursing facilities, hospitals and Centra Bedford Hospice House.  It may not be easy to know when the time is right to consider hospice. Ask us so we can help you with eligibility and answer your questions.
