Becoming a Vendor
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Forest Farmer’s Market. The market is a producer only market. You may only sell what you raise, grow, or create. There is no reselling of products at the market.
The Market is a year-round market broken up into two seasons. The main season runs the last weekend in April through the last weekend in October. The “Winter Season” is once a month November through April, held on the second Saturday of the month.
The market strives to have a diverse group of vendors that complement each other both in products and personality. Prospective vendors need to fill out an application and set up an interview with the market manager, Certain products may include a site tour.
How do I join the Forest Farmers Market?
Fill out the Interest Form below to get started. If you're eligible to join the market, you will receive an application. You then fill out the application and submit it. Once the market manager has reviewed the application, she will notify you if you have been accepted into the market or not. More details below.

The market is a producer only market, you may only sell what you raise, grow, or create. Please note that eligibility is simply a minimum threshold for acceptance in the market and does not guarantee admittance to the market.
To gain access to the 2021 Application and policies, please complete the interest form. You will be contacted in a timely manner, additional questions may need to be answered prior to obtain the application documents.
Once the application has been submitted, it will be reviewed. Criteria for being accepted into the market includes many factors, such as product, space at the market and how your product will enhance the overall feel of the market. Additionally, you may be asked to include References.
If accepted, arrangements need to be made for payment either for a full season or as guest vendors.
